Dear Sugar,

God forgive me but I feel like I’m competing with a ghost. My husband’s ex-wife died after battling with cancer for several years, while I understand that he may never completely get over her, I feel like I am constant competition with her. There is a GIANT photo of her in our living room, and the only time I have brought up taking it down we ended up having a big fight. Am I asking too much that he moves on finally?

I’m really worried for my sister. She’s been married five years. I recently just found out and with proof that her husband is having an affair. They have two children, which is one of the reasons I don’t want to interfere. What should I do?

I am a Christian woman marrying a Muslim man. We initially wanted to have one (1) ceremony where an Imam would go first and then afterwards my minister would take us through a Christian ceremony. His Imam says that is forbidden according to Islamic rites. We are both confused as to what to do. Please advise.

I was recently diagnosed with a terminal disease that required surgery. My husband is a doctor so he was completely involved in my treatments and all. However, somewhere down the line, our sex life became nonexistent although we are still very much in love.

My husband is a chronic cheat, when I say CHRONIC I mean its really bad. He sleeps with and flirts with any woman he sees - my friends are not even off limits!!!! I have talked, screamed, cried, begged, prayed. Most people say I should leave but I don't believe in divorce.
