She was a housemate in the recently concluded Big Brother Naija Double Wahala show, where we fell in love with her maturity and intelligence. She is a Brand Ambassador and the Head of Operations at Continental Basketball League, Africa.
She recently did a wedding themed photo shoot to promote a comedy stage play "Official Couple" in Abuja and we love the looks. See some of the pictures below.
We chatted with Anto to get her perspective on love and relationships.
What's your ideal date? A chilled-out one (the beach, game arcade, movie) or do you like to be spoiled? (dress up, limo, gourmet dinner)
Every woman wants to be spoiled once in a while, but a chilled-out date is definitely for me. I don’t like stress haha. I'm more free in a chill, causal setting.
What has been your best/worst date ever?
I actually haven’t been out on too many dates. But, I had told a guy that I wanted a Cold Stone cake for my birthday that was months in the future. We went out on a date, and when we were finished he said I should follow him to buy Domino’s for some of his friends. But when we got there, he walked me into the Cold Stone side of the building, saying your birthday has come early this year, pick up your cake. Too bad he turned out to be married.
What would you say is the secret to a successful relationship/marriage?
Compromise. Even though I am always right (haha), it’s important to have a balance. At some times, I will have to “lose” for him to “win”. But realistically, a win for him is a win for me.
What's the best relationship advice you've been given?
Don’t go to sleep angry at your partner. It isn’t easy to do, but it’s necessary.
What for you is a complete deal breaker in a relationship?
Abuse. Any form; physical or verbal.

What should everyone try to do at least once before settling down?
Every couple should try to travel together before settling down. Once married, things may start moving quickly, and the opportunity to travel together might diminish when other responsibilities take over.
