Ghase and Nonso

Ghase and Nonso unknowingly began their trip to the altar eleven years ago when they met each other courtesy of Nonso's sister. Lucky Ghase got two proposals one informally, two short years after they begun dating, and another just six (6) months before their big day earlier this year.

"The day he formally proposed, I was in his room and he came in looking suspicious. He took my hand, got down on one knee, brought out a ring and asked me to marry him. I was blushing all the way and then I said yes." - Ghase

Our DIY (Do It Yourself) bride took the bulls by the horns and planned all details of her wedding without the help of a wedding planner. Their big day started with the ceremony at Our Saviours Church in TBS, with the rich colours royal blue and gold setting the tone for the day. The reception followed right after at City Hall, TBS where everyone danced late into the night with a live musical performance by Kas Beatz.

"....My wedding day was perfect for me. I'm very grateful to God who made it happen....." - Ghase

Ghase's Advice to Future Brides
It's very important to marry someone you love, only then will you be willing to tolerate whatever attitude he may throw your way. Regarding the wedding ceremony, traditional weddings are for the old folks, white weddings are for the youths so go all out and have all the fun you can during your white wedding. Make every moment count!
