Words are a core part of life. That's why saying the right words makes a big difference in relationships. Expressing yourself through words isn't always easy and can sometimes lead to miscommunications. However, in this article, we will be listing words that help boost your partner's confidence, peace of mind and assurance in the relationship.

  •  I'm sorry

Try not to replace ''I'm sorry" with "sorry." When you use the latter rather than the former, it shows that you're not apologetic. Even if you're sorry, you'll be passing the wrong message. It also portrays an arrogant nature and an unwillingness to own up to the responsibility. Not only will you keep your spouse angry for a longer time, but you will also make them feel little.

  •  Thank you

You shouldn't say ''thank you'' only when something exceptional happens. Let it be the words you say when he/she does something as little as brushing off the dust on your hair.

  •  You're beautiful

When you express these words to your significant other, not only are you being romantic, but you're also boosting their self-esteem. Although it may not seem so important at first, it becomes the most needed words at their most crucial moment.

  •  I love you

In this case, the words ''love you'' does not cut it. Using the three words consistently reflects the genuine affection you have for your other half. Say these words clearly and as often as possible. Your bond will grow stronger when you do this.

  •  I believe in you

At specific points in their lives, your partner may need these words. Not only are you safeguarding their mental health, but you're helping them believe in themselves.

  •  You're the best

There's always a sweet feeling that comes with being told what's already obvious about someone. It never gets old, even if they have heard it a hundred times over.

  • Take a deep breath

As challenges in life get a lot complicated, your significant other needs a lot of motivation and support. Telling them to take a deep breath when they are anxious, angry or frustrated helps them think clearly. You're also helping them take control of internal and external uncomfortable circumstances.
