Let your partner have this one; do not go harping about the price of the ring because you might end up getting disappointed if the price is way below your expectations. He made plans and executed them despite the nervousness he must have felt in a bid to ensure everything turned out great for you. If at all you have to ask due to curiosity, then let him tell you when he is ready. Do not feel bad if he never tells you.
